Card bits organisation....

Hope you are all having a lovely weekend.
This morning I spent a couple of hours finish a job I started when I re-organised my craft room last year!!! (as if I didn't have other jobs to do LOL)
Also since I started the colour collections have changed. But now I've got it sorted hopefully it will help me to keep organised and my work space tidy....we'll see.

Anyway, I now have a popper folder (from Morrison's a bargain at 30p) for :-
In Colour 2013/15
In Colour 2012/14
Brights
Regals
Subtles
Neutrals - a separate folder for each one
Vellum
Adhesive sheet
Florals
Other Patterned
Retired plain
Retired Patterned

I punched a circle of card for the 10 colours in the collections and used modern label punch for the in colours. (The white circles are the colours I haven't got - I think I need to get some!)

I tuck the flap inside at home but if I need to take a folder with me anywhere it can easily be closed to stop everything falling out.
They fit nicely inside a 9L really useful box which sits on my worktop alongside another box with full A4 packs of card

  1. Lynn,
This is fantastic! The sorting of my craft room is long overdue and this is the inspiration I needed! I like what you have done putting the colours on the outside of the packet and will have to copy this idea if you don't mind. THANK YOU!!

  2. Thanks Jayne, it's a horrible thought having to tidy and get organised but I certainly feel more like creating when it's done. Of course I don't mind, that's why I'm sharing things x
